A more and more chaotic market, the shock wave of the change in the business management activities, customers being more and more careful and demanding, require a constant adaptation of competences. That means to supply a permanent and continuous training.  As a consequence this means a high demand of qualified training that can reduce costs and  absences from the workplace.
